Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Accessories (belts, ties, wallets) unless defective.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Defective or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
